Kyle is a seasoned operator in the Texas retail electricity market, having held senior leadership roles across operations, analytics, billing, and strategy at both established providers and high-growth start ups. His work has covered the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and enrollment through billing, remittance, renewals, and regulatory oversight, with responsibility for teams, vendors, and multimillion-dollar cost centers.

Before joining Gatby, Kyle spent several years at a national retail electricity provider, where he led large cross-functional teams and drove material improvements in cash flow, margins, and operational controls. He began his career in public accounting and advisory, bringing a strong financial and analytical foundation to every role.
